This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the dispatch, delivery, and handling of products or materials offered by Aadarsh Foundation (“we,” “our,” or “the Foundation”). By placing an order or making any payment on our website or through authorized channels, you (“user,” “donor,” or “purchaser”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

This Policy applies to all deliveries made within India and, where applicable, international shipments.

2. Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed only after full payment or confirmation of donation is received.

  2. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, nature of the item, or location of delivery.

  3. Aadarsh Foundation reserves the right to cancel or delay dispatch due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines

  1. Orders are shipped through our authorized logistics partners.

  2. Standard delivery timelines within India are typically 7–15 working days, subject to the recipient’s location and courier service efficiency.

  3. International shipments may take longer depending on customs clearance and carrier regulations.

  4. Delivery timelines are indicative only and not guaranteed. The Foundation shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or inconvenience caused by shipping or delivery delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

  2. Aadarsh Foundation reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.

  3. Donations or items marked as “complimentary” may or may not include shipping costs, depending on the nature of the program.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  1. Proof of delivery or tracking confirmation provided by the courier shall be considered conclusive evidence of successful delivery.

  2. In case the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave the package at a secure location, as per their policy.

  3. Aadarsh Foundation shall not be responsible for misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  1. The user must ensure that all delivery information, including address, contact details, and postal code, is accurate and complete.

  2. The Foundation shall not be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

  3. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.

7. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

  1. In case of non-delivery, users must notify Aadarsh Foundation in writing within 7 working days from the expected delivery date.

  2. The Foundation shall assist in coordinating with the logistics provider but shall not be held liable for loss or damage caused during transit.

  3. Refunds or replacements, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the Foundation.

8. International Shipping

  1. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees imposed by the destination country.

  2. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  3. Aadarsh Foundation is not liable for delays or confiscations due to customs clearance or local regulations.

9. Force Majeure

The Foundation shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, embargoes, or government restrictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Aadarsh Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with shipping or delivery.

  • Users agree that shipping and delivery are undertaken at their own risk once the parcel has been dispatched.

Aadarsh Foundation reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
