Refund Policy – Aadarsh Foundation

1. General Policy

At Aadarsh Foundation, we are deeply grateful for the generosity and trust of our donors and supporters. Donations made to the Foundation are utilized for educational and community welfare initiatives.
All contributions made to Aadarsh Foundation are considered voluntary and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to ongoing charitable activities and development programs.

2. No Refund or Cancellation

  • Donations, once made through any mode of payment (online, offline, cheque, or UPI), cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.

  • As a charitable organization, we do not offer products or services in exchange for donations, and therefore, refund requests are not applicable.

  • Donors are requested to verify all details, including the amount, purpose, and donor information, before proceeding with the transaction.

3. Duplicate Transactions

In the rare event of a duplicate payment due to a technical error or banking issue, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
After verification, the Foundation will initiate a refund or adjust the amount against future donations, as deemed appropriate.
The decision of the Aadarsh Foundation management in this regard will be final and binding.

4. Tax Exemption Receipts

Once a donation receipt or 80G certificate has been issued, the donation cannot be reversed or refunded, as the donor has already received the tax benefit associated with the contribution.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If a donor suspects that an unauthorized transaction has been made using their payment details, they must immediately notify both their bank/payment provider and Aadarsh Foundation.
The Foundation will cooperate fully in the investigation but cannot be held responsible for any loss caused by third-party payment processors or user negligence.

6. Policy Changes

Aadarsh Foundation reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
All changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our official website.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Aadarsh Foundation, its trustees, employees, or representatives be held liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

  • Errors in donor-provided information

  • Technical failures or delays in banking systems

  • Misuse of payment information by unauthorized persons

  • Donor misunderstanding regarding the terms of contribution
